After your payment is successfully completed, orders will usually be processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status.

OBE currently ships to most major regions in:

  • Europe

  • Asia

  • Selected international destinations

Shipping availability may vary depending on logistics conditions and local regulations.

If your shipping address is outside our standard shipping regions, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping availability.


3. Shipping Warehouses

To improve delivery speed, OBE may ship products from different warehouses depending on inventory availability.

Possible shipping locations include:

  • United States

  • Europe

  • Hong Kong

  • China

If products are available in local warehouses, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after shipment.

If items are shipped from overseas warehouses, delivery may take 10–45 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on:

  • Delivery country or region

  • Product size and weight

  • Shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

In certain cases, additional shipping fees may apply after order placement, including but not limited to:

  • Local warehouse stock shortages requiring shipment from another location

  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery areas

  • Changes in international shipping conditions or carrier surcharges

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package after receiving it.

Shipping costs incurred due to customer-initiated cancellations or returns may be deducted from the refund amount.

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses.

This means that the items may arrive at different times.
