Warranty Coverage

OBE provides a limited warranty for its products to ensure they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product and lasts for 1 year. During this period, OBE will repair or replace defective products or components at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through official OBE sales channels or authorized partners.


Return & Replacement Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund, provided that:

7-Day Free Replacement

Customers may request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

Warranty Eligibility

  • The product must include its original serial number (SN), which must not be removed, altered, or damaged

If your product experiences technical issues during the warranty period, you may request repair service by contacting our support team.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product serial number (SN)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Replacement Policy

If the product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, OBE may offer:

Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

Products repaired by unauthorized service providers may void the warranty.

Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem within the warranty period, OBE will provide return instructions and may cover shipping costs depending on the case
  • If the issue is not related to product quality, the customer may be responsible for shipping or repair costs

Limitation of Liability

OBE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
